Brain release


My job takes so much out of me,  sometimes I just want to lay in a field and just rest for a day or two.  Not having to think about Medicare,  medicaid, Obamacare and other brain sizzling topics. 
I notice I constantly have headaches and feel tense all the time now. 
What are some things I can do to loosen up and wind down? …yoga… wine… what are some other ideas?

  1. You can read if you enjoy it or maybe stretch your legs for a quick five minutes. I wrote an article yesterday about how Mondays are rough but if we refresh our minds like computers it can help us roll into our week. Best of luck with everything.
